OUR 5 STEP PROCESS

We work closely with each client to understand their unique staffing needs and create customized recruiting plans for quick and efficient placements. Our applicants are hand-picked specifically for each company to make sure we create the perfect match between the two. Take a look at our 5 step process to making the perfect match.

1. COMPANY PROPOSITION

Through a virtual meeting with hiring manager and questionnaire we put together a brief that highlights the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for the position along with the attributes of your company, team, and project. The brief will allow us to identify candidates that are well suited to the position and motivate them to apply.

2. SEARCH STRATEGY

We create a customized search strategy for each position based on the information contained in the brief and matching it to the supply and demand for those candidates. We use a combination of our own database and networks along with targeted social media ads and algorithmic campaigns. Our goal is to attract the highest qualified candidates in the shortest period of time.

3. QUALIFY CANDIDATES

We start by conducting a manual and algorithmic fact check of resumes provided by candidates that meet the position requirements set out in the brief. We then conduct a technical interview with the candidate. For candidates that have excelled in the technical interview, we begin to shortlist and assess their ability to work effectively within the team and project environment of your company. At the conclusion of this process, we will have identified a small group of candidates capable of successfully filling the position.

4. CLIENT ASSESSMENT

We present you with an executive summary along with all of our background documents for each of our qualified candidates. We encourage you to conduct an in-person or virtual interview with the candidate(s) that meet or exceed your expectations for filling the position to determine the best candidate.

5. FINALIZING THE DEAL

We work with the parties to finalize the expectations of the parties around financial compensation, benefits, logistics, and signing an employment contract. We follow up with the parties at the end of the first week, the first month, and a first-quarter to ensure the relationship is blossoming!

If the firm’s candidate’s employment is terminated due to clinical skill, work habits, communication and/or inappropriate interpersonal skills within the first 90 days of employment (with the exceptions of reorganization, elimination of position, takeover or material change in job responsibility,) the firm will recruit a suitable replacement candidate without any additional fees due.
